Morpho Dance Fitness is a high-energy, pop-fueled dance workout class that mutates into absurdist comedy and bodily nightmare.

The audience is welcomed into a familiar, hyper-sexualized workout environment led by Farrah, a magnetic instructor obsessed with control, vigor, and physical perfection, alongside her sycophantic assistant Francis.

What begins as an upbeat, tightly structured fitness class, complete with warm-ups, choreography breakdowns, water breaks, and affirmations, slowly destabilizes as Farrah’s body undergoes an unsettling, Kafkaesque transformation. Through escalating physical deterioration and bold, onstage costume reveals, her human form gives way to something insect-like and grotesque. 

The music keeps pumping, the smiles stay fixed, and the class pushes forward, even as the body at its center visibly devolves.
